We do not use choke, prong, or electric collars. Schedule is subject to change.
Puppy Class/AKC Star Puppy
- 10 to 16 Weeks of Age (18 Weeks if Toy Breed)
- "Open Enrollment" Class
- You Can Start at Any Time (Space Permitting)
- Once a week for 6 Weeks.
- Maximum of 4-5 Pups Per Class. Attention to Name, Sit, Down, Stand, Come, Stay, & Loose Leash Walking Will be Covered as Well as Handling & Proper Socialization. Tips on House Training, Nipping, Chewing, Jumping, & Resource Guarding Will be Provided.
- Mondays: 5:30pm
- Tuesdays: 4:30pm
Basic Manners
- Dogs 5 Months & Older
- Once a week for 6 Weeks.
- Maximum of 4-5 Dogs Per Class.
- Attention, Sit, Down, Stand, Come, Wait, Go To Mat, Leave it, & Loose Leash Walking Will Be Covered. Information on jumping & Other Problem Behaviors will be Provided As Needed.
- Mondays: 6:30pm
- Tuesdays: 5:30pm
K9 Nose Work®
- Dogs 6 Months & Older.
- Approximately 1 Hour Per Week For 6 Weeks.
- Intro to Nose Work Call for more information.
- Competition Prep - Wednesdays 5:30pm
- Class full.
Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
- 7 Week Class.
- Dogs 6 Months & Older.
- Class Meets for 1 Hour Per Week For 6 Weeks. Test is Given at Week 7.
- Maximum of 6 Per Class. Fee Includes the CGC Test.
- This Class Will Prepare You & Your Dog to take the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen Test

Therapy Dog Training

Rally Obedience
- Dogs 6 Months & Older.
- 1 Hour Per Week for 6 Weeks.
- 3-4 Dogs Per Class.
- Rally is a Fun Sport that Combines Basic & Advanced Dog Obedience skills With the Flow & Interaction of Agility. .
- Thursdays at 5:30pm. Call for information
In-Person Private Lessons
Puppy & Basic Manners
- Most Sessions Run Approximately 1 Hour.
- Sit, Down, Stand, Wait, Come, Stay, Leave it, Polite Leash Walking, Go to Mat/Place.
- Jumping, chewing, barking, house training
Behavior issues
- Most Sessions Run 1-1/2 to 2 Hours.
- Shy/fearful Behavior. Separation Anxiety, Resource Guarding.
K9 Nose Work
Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
In-Home Training
In-Home training sessions are approximately 1-1/2 to 2 hours. This service is available in Kankakee, Iroquois, Will, and Cook counties.
